Our office is on Julia Street in the warehouse district and every day we walk the streets showing properties for rent in or around the warehouse district. We know all of the buildings, their rules and regulations, and their parking situations so we are confident we can help you find what you’re looking for.
If you are in New Orleans for only a short period of time, then you might want to look at our corporate rentals. This is a popular option for those in the movie industry, those who are students staying for only a semester, snowbirds, and those who are here for work in the short-term. Not all corporate rentals are listed publicly, so contact us with any special requests so that we can help you find what you’re looking for.
If you are only in town for a time less than 3 months, then you might want to look at getting a short-term rental. Unfortunately, due to the laws in New Orleans, we can’t help you find a short-term rental. Schedule an Appointment To View A Rental
We make it easy for you to schedule an appointment to view MLS listed rental that you’re interested in seeing. If the rental is on our website, we can most likely schedule an appointment for you to see it.
Once you find a property that you want to see in person, click the “Schedule a Tour” button and follow the on-screen instructions. We will then do our best to accommodate and schedule an appointment for you to see it.
Important Notes: Appointment requests for most rental viewings must be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance, so please keep this in mind when requesting an appointment. Also please keep all rental appointment requests to a maximum of 2 per day.
Rental applications will be required before you can lease any MLS-listed rental property. Also, every adult who plans on living inside of the rental must fill out a separate rental application. The cost of each rental application is usually $25 – $35 per adult so please keep this in mind. All rental applications will either be approved or denied by the landlord of the rental property, not 504 Realty. All rental application approvals or denials will be based solely on credit history, proof of income, recent criminal record, and/or rental history only.
